If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Merchandise must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving a return authorization number from us. Merchandise returned without authorization or returned late will be refused. All Tiffany Jewelry is carefully inspected before accepted by our return department. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees via their carrier of choice, provided they receive a valid tracking number for proof of return.

Exceptions:
Final Sale – No Returns: There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations on any sale merchandise.

Important note: There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom made, final sales, or sale merchandise. Stay up tape, lingerie, cosmetics, and visors will not be accepted for return.

Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 30 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense. The goods must be returned in original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse.

There is a 10% restocking fee for all Tiffany Jewelry returns and exchanges.
